The fine print
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
The short version
This website collects the minimum needed to respond to you, never collects medical details, and never sells or shares your information for marketing. Your therapy itself is protected separately and more strongly by HIPAA and Florida law.
What this website collects
If you submit the appointment request form, we collect: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, whether you reside in Florida, the name of your insurance company, your preferred session times, and an optional short message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and begin the intake process, and is transmitted securely to the practice's client management system.
The form deliberately does not ask for, and you should not include, medical history, diagnoses, insurance ID numbers, or other sensitive details. Those are collected later through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are visited, from what region). No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no profiles.
Your therapy information
Clinical information shared in therapy is governed by HIPAA and Florida confidentiality law, not by this website policy. Alicia will review confidentiality and its legal limits with you at intake.
